What we collect
When you request a pilot or contact us, we collect your agency name, work email, form URL, and any message you submit. Monitoring checks record hop health, timestamps, and delivery signals — not the content of visitor lead submissions.
How we use it
We use contact details to respond to pilot requests and operate the service. Monitoring data is used to produce ChainScore, alerts, and Lead Path Certificates for your clients.
Storage & retention
Pilot sign-ups are stored securely on Cloudflare infrastructure. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service or respond to your request. You may ask us to delete your contact details at any time.
