mgForms provides Lead Revenue Assurance for web agencies — monitoring the lead receipt chain from form through inbox, automation, and CRM. These terms apply to mgforms.com, pilot sign-ups, and any related services operated by Ihtisham Hussain ("mgForms", "we", "us"). Provider details are listed in our Impressum.
The free 30-day pilot covers up to three client forms unless agreed otherwise in writing. During the founding pilot, monitoring is set up and reviewed manually (concierge setup). Hop coverage may include form load, submit, inbox, and automation; full CRM hop monitoring may be added as the product develops. Pilots are limited in number and offered at our discretion.
You must have authority to submit form URLs on behalf of your agency or clients. You provide accurate contact details and cooperate with setup (e.g. test inbox, automation access where needed). You are responsible for informing end clients where monitoring applies and for complying with applicable privacy laws.
mgForms is under active development. We aim to run checks and respond to failures in good faith but do not guarantee uninterrupted monitoring, specific response times, or that every failure mode will be detected during the pilot. Paid plans, if offered later, may include different service levels as described at sign-up.
The founding pilot is free unless otherwise agreed. Future paid subscriptions will be described on the website or in an order form before you are charged. Prices may change with notice before renewal.
To the extent permitted by law, mgForms is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost revenue, or lost leads. Our total liability for any claim relating to the pilot or service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or zero during a free pilot. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or mandatory consumer rights where applicable.
Either party may end a pilot at any time by email. We may suspend access if these terms are breached or if continued service is not feasible. On termination, we will delete or anonymise your contact data on request, subject to our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding conflict of law rules. If you are a business customer (B2B), the courts at the provider's place of business have exclusive jurisdiction where permitted by law.
